Who you are buying from

Tchiwowa.com is operated by [T'chi]wow:a, based in Sweden. Questions go to hello@tchiwowa.com. These terms are governed by Swedish law.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR. Where VAT applies (EU customers), it is included in the displayed price. Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept major cards and other methods shown at checkout.

EU shipping is included in the price for qualifying order tiers. Non-EU customers may be subject to import duties -- those are your responsibility.

Print-on-demand items

Every item is printed when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Printful fulfils from Latvia, typically 5--8 business days to EU addresses.

Standard prints (our catalogue designs) are not custom to you -- they are made on demand but the design is fixed. These carry the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Distance Selling rules.

If you order an item that is personalised specifically for you (custom name, custom artwork), the right of withdrawal does not apply under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c). We will make this clear before you complete a personalised order.

Returns and refunds

Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full process and conditions are on the returns page.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control: natural disasters, pandemics, carrier strikes, customs delays, or other events that a reasonable business cannot prevent or work around. We will notify you if your order is affected and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

This does not affect rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, which cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

Disputes

If something went wrong, email hello@tchiwowa.com first. We fix most problems directly.

If we cannot agree, Swedish consumers can turn to ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se).

EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when necessary. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
